Mweb International down?

Just because you are a business doesn't mean you have an mweb business account - are you sure they're on a bus. account?

All our business uncapped accounts are running close to full speed.

Well not mine, I've been waiting almost two hours for my account manager to come back to me regarding why I'm not getting proper speeds. Apparently someone from the technical department would have contacted me regarding this.

Im still waiting :(

EDIT: Business users with business accounts shouldn't be effected by default when something like this happens - that's one of MWEB's selling points and stated on the website go figures...

Argh, could not take it anymore - switched the office connection to a backup account of mine. Whooosh!

Hi guys

A cable break has been isolated on local routes linking us to SEACOM.
We have been informed that repairs will commence in the next half hour, we hope the situation will be resolved reasonably soon.

Thanks for your patience.

Why aren't Business users with business accounts being re-routed via the SAT-3 cable for international bandwidth?

Haven't been so frustrated in months... When one makes your living off the internet it really hurts when this happens.

Glad to hear they have found the potential problem.

When one makes a living off the internet, one should have more than one connection option...

Thanks for the updates, MWEB Guy!
