MWEB Mobile launch

I will never have anything more to do with MWEB. Stay Away. Expensive, bad business practices. Treat their customers like crap.

I dont agree with you 100%

Yes, they are outrageously expensive.

But, my fathers been with them since they bought iAfrica, and we've never had any issues with them. The few things that went wrong over the years was usually resolved in a only a couple of hours at most, after a single phone call or e-mail. Hell, they even called us once to tell us about a fault with the local Telkom exchange before we noticed anything.

I never said anything about their customer service. When they are the most expensive ISP in South Africa they can afford to hire a few prize sheep who can tell the difference between a bit and byte.

Take a look at the link in my sig and you will see why I say they are crap.

MWEB’s new mobile division will have strong focus on bundles voice and data packages

shouldn't they be working on getting the bit do right first?
