Recently we had a 40meg fibre line installed through Mweb and Openserve. We received a generic router from Mweb i have no clue what make it is it is not even on their support pages.
Our problem is often we load a web page and get a message that the page could not be reached it then automatically reloads and it is fine. Speaking to Mweb they do not have a solution for us. I have tried various DNS addresses and still the problem persists, it is almost if the line is to fast for the internet. When i scrape from Trakt often i have to do it twice to clear everything.
Has anyone had similar problems?
