Well then you won't like sainet either You might want to confirm this cause the AUP is really old and was from when they has 4Mbit offerings too.. *Fair Use policy*

I've been using Sainet for about 3 years now, and have never had any issues with their service, FAR easier to get hold of than Mweb staff, and far less hoops than what Mweb make you jump through to do something.
I had to retrieve a users email account details recently from Mweb - and had to FAX off a form faxed to me after I held the phone line for 25 minutes to talk to a techie.
Honestly, what company in the 21st century still insists on sending and receiving forms via fax??
