My wife and I switched over to Office 365. We have independent Mweb accounts. I configured Outlook on both our PCs according to Mweb's online guide for the older Outlook 2010. My wife can send and receive email, but I can only receive email. When I test the settings (taking into account that they are exactly the same as my wife's settings), the send message test fails and I receive the following error: 550 Administrative Prohibition. For the record I have configured the outgoing server as follows: smtpauth.mweb.co.za, I ticked "My outgoing server requires authentication" and "Use same settings as my incoming mail server", SMTP port 587. Can somebody please help me to resolve the error message.

[UPDATE] I called Mweb technical support this morning and they sorted my problem in an eye blink. Apparently the Mweb SMTP server viewed my emails as potential spam, so they removed the restriction on their side and asked me to change my login password to ensure that their server does not block me again.
