thinking of signing up for Mweb's 25/25 service for R499, just looking for opinions on quality of service.

A lot of unnecessary bureaucracy. Friend in Fish Hoek waited 6 weeks for her fibre router. Then mweb could not give her the login and password. They said it had been set up and it wasn't

Instead of offering to send it to her phone, they wanted it returned

Not a chance in hell, was with them and it was terrible. Then moved to cool ideas and they are miles ahead.
