MWEB REP please - MWEB FAIL

Hi there...
i've been with mweb now since they launched uncapped...but since winning the 130Gb prmotion from webafrica i've moved over...
So i canceled my subscription in April with May being my notice month.
Guess what...you guys still billed me for June and today i see you billed me for July as well.

I've always come up for you guys but i guess those days are over.
I've asked my bank to reverse the charges...it's a pain but at least i get my money back immediately.

Please PM if you can assist.

Go see a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. No jokes. These guys are gonna blacklist you at ITC and get a judgement against you before you know it. It's happened to several forum members.
 
The same thing has happened to me. I requested that my account be downgraded to their 1GB option in the event that I want to sign up for uncapped if things improve, and this morning I noticed that they debited my account for the full uncapped price :mad:

We seem to see this same problem from Mweb again and again.
 
A big dinosaur can only move a certain, slow speed. They also do not care whom they trample on on the way...
 
It surprises me that quite a few ISPs have pretty archaic billing processes.

A list from my history of ISPs: Cybersmart (bleh), Openweb (even more bleh) and MWEB who are very quick to take your money (yay!) but when we see this issue crop up on the forums it's starting to make us wonder. You should all take a page out of Axxess' book, their website is phenomenal when it came to account administration. For most ISPs in this country, their web portals are shockingly bad.
