Mweb - Same line, two different upload speeds based on login details.

Hi there, I recently got an additional fibre line installed on a new, separate property and charged it to an mweb account linked to an existing fibre line. The new line is a 10/5 through Openserve. When the line was installed I setup the router using the login details from my existing mweb account and saw that my speeds were 10/10. Later I received an SMS providing me with a username and password to use for line. When used, it results in a speed of 10/5. Using the original login details puts it back to 10/10

Any idea why using the existing login details gives the line 10/10 and using the new login details gives it 10/5? I assumed the line was 10/10 because Openserve had upgraded their line offerings but now I don't know.

Chances are Mweb have changed the profile on their package as yet, and your old account might not have a profile set.
