MWEB has seriously lost the plot! They do not answer their phone services properly. When you do get through, after you have been harassed by some very irritating voice serving as the guideline as to what you want or what kind of service you want to be be put through to. Their OTP numbers never reach me!! Phoning MWEB total waste of time. I have also submitted a QUERY, 2 weeks ago, and to date, no one has made an effort to view or respond to my request. MWEB in my view has simply and unequivocally lost the plot the way they are NOT looking after their clients! I am at the end of my tether.

why don't you just cancel and move to another provider?

Cancelling anything with MWEB is an even bigger headache!! Besides, I am happy with my internet speed. Cancelling is not my plan. No problem there. They used to be on the ball.

I was just making a joke post while also roasting Mweb for their poor communication skills :ROFL: aka its taken them so many years and still not got it right
 
This reminds me, I need to contact MWEB and find out what has happened to my "free" speed upgrades which have since disappeared over the last few months. 200mbps - 250mbps - 400mbps - 240mbps currently...
 
Rumor is some people been trying to cancel since ADSL days no one answers or responds to their cancellations...
It’s true. I had to cancel MWEB (wife had it when I moved in with her). I had to call every day for two weeks. Yelled at everyone. If I was a lesser man they would have surely won.
 
I am starting to see why people complain about mweb. The place I am renting includes Fibre internet access that is via Mweb. But like clockwork if 19h00 till 22h30 ish at night ping in any type of online game is just horrible. He then upgraded the line from 500mb to 1gb and for a few months it was great no lag at all but now it started again. They claim there is issues with underwater cable but this was months ago and I dont see anything about recent breaks. I 100% will never recommend mweb to anyone. Ever
