Is the Mweb sales team planning on answering the phones?

Lines supposed to open at 08h00 and its now 08h45 and I'm still getting the automated "piss off, we're still sleeping" response.

Wanna upgrade to my 4mbit subscription NAOW!!!!
 
It's actually a public holiday today so I think they open at 10.
 
I don't know how companies can really 'take public holidays off' these days - companies need to make money, for money to come in, work has to get done.

The service delivery of Internet in SA is pathetic! I am having a sneaky suspicion that all of these uncapped accounts are causing traffic-overload on the network. I have NEVER had a problem with my internet before this garbage of cheap uncapped accounts began.

Not really. If he just want's a account upgrade they do it instantly. If its a line upgrade then yet it would take a bit longer since the line is with Mweb...
