Technical Support number just cuts you off. Network Status notice says nothing. Called Mweb Sales, they're blaming it on Seacom. Surely they have another line - what did they do before Seacom? Grrr

actually quite unbelievable that the service is so poor - surely at the weekend there is no business traffic so there should be oodles available - they should be able to switch us onto the business lines for goodness sake!

Its a little unbelievable that this happens on now a regular basis , the weekend, when they have the most traffic. When the frikken accounts are actually used !!
