This is good news. Putting some presure on NeoTel & Telkom (hopefully) to get their act together and start delivering some competition. Someone has to get the ball rolling, and stop waiting for someone else to do something. Now at least (although a very expensive one) there is a base model to work from. All that needs to happen now is for this offering to fall flat on it's face, due to the high price, and then prices will have to come down. Unfortunately MWeb's market is mostly the "uninformed" part of the population (well IMO anyway) so they will probably get away with it for a bit, but it's a start.
Come now NeoTel bring on the competition!
