Mweb Uncapped ADSL Application

I tried the entire day to call Mweb, but each time I wait 10minutes and then just give up...
So I filled in the online form, how long do they then take to respond via email?

I am currently at another ISP, and I want the 4M All Inclusive deal from Mweb, what else should I fill in for them to "take over" my Telkom line? Should sign some sort of agreement or something?

I phoned them on Thursday afternoon. Also waited quite a while to get to an agent but then it was fast and before i ended the call i had my username and password.

How long did you wait for the email with the paper-work?

Got through via phone this morning and also now have an username and password, but now my Telkom line is down!! And waiting for the email to fill in all the details...

I did the entire application online, not even a minute later I received a SMS with my username / password, and about 30 minutes later the account was active and my ADSL connected?
