Hi virt

Please check your PM, I sent you something to test. Please provide me with the results thereof.

I dont understand all the tests that we as paying customers need to do. Obviously there's still a huge problem with Mweb since the "Outage". Just tell us when it will be fixed. Ping of 700 on League of Legends. Premium service my ass.

My account has been s**t this evening. My last router restart seemed to restore it to a somewhat stable 2Mbps. I'm on 4Mbps btw.

Latency on League of Legends is still high. Does it have priority?

Hi guys

Are you only having issues with gaming, espcially LoL? I need to know if its specific to gaming or if it affects your browsing experience as well.

For me, its only gaming at the moment. TF2 on local servers is very choppy. Youtube/general browsing seems ok again for now...

Lags and spikes on SC2 as well, more than ever...

Using Vodacom's 3G right now as Mweb is unusable for gaming!

It seems to drop down to 1mb only in the evening.

Fine all day just as usual and around 21:30 I noticed my bowsing was slow. Did a speed test and got 1mb.
Switched back again to mweb.co.za and all is well again.

For me and a friend who i play with its bad right now. Usually get latency of 215-230ms but these last few days its been 250-500ms every game. Browsing does not affect it. I only play LoL online right now but will ask my friend if hes also had problems on WoW.
I think that in the recent patches Riot might have changed some network coding that's causing these problems. I even tried WTFast to get my latency better but it did not help at all.

Hi

Im currently on MWEB uncapped getting the same speed issues etc..

My line used to run fine a few weeks back(Hardly no buffering, full speed on torrents, fast browsing)

I would just like to know more information regarding my router and line details

Downloads crawled overnight. In 7 hours I managed around 3GB. That's 2.3 hours a gig, a bit under 120KB/s and around 26% of what it could be.

Problems seem to be part and parcel of the Mweb experience the last few months. Good thing I'm changing ISP starting April. As Mweb likes to remind us, when you're in the slow lane, just switch.
