The results from the traceroute reflects there is congestion at the exchange. Can you do a traceroute to a local site, www.mweb.co.za, just to see what results you get.

I also see that there is a open fault on the account, I will add this to the open log so that we can follow up on this from our side.

Web pages are not loading for me but strangely enough I tried to download a file and that went fine. This is very strange
 
Anybody else having problems with Mweb, www.mweb.co.za takes ages to load!

Slowdown on MWeb international at 7.57 this morning. 50% packet loss to the UK...

Same in pe speed 7 Kb/s on 6 mb line

Just died in pe.

I will have to run this by the team and provide feedback as soon as possible.
 
Nothing international for me either, was fine right up until just before 0800

I wont even bother to call, them, they just point me to Telkom all the time.
