MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

Hi Mwebguy

Torrents have been very slow for me since Monday. Crawling at 40kb/s atm. Could you have a look at my account/line please?

Everything else is fine.

once again mweb raped my 1mb account taking me back to a 384kb line whoopi doo!

edit:
Mwebguy riddle me this.. ... customer migrates his 4MB line to Mweb... BOOM! Customer is all of a sudden on a 385kb line... Customer calls back repeatedly.. Eventually gets upgraded to the promised package.. a 1MB... A week later customer is downgraded AGAIN to a FREAKIN 384kb PACKAGE!

Fool me once shame on you.. Fool me twice shame on me. I'm canceling my MWeb migration seeing they're totally useless.. Trying to use the excuse my exchange doesnt allow me to go higher then 384kb speeds. Which is laughable at most. Congrats you just lost a customer.

Nvm going to watch streams so will check them later and give feedback
 
Mweb, any response to the backlash about the 2mb uncapped pricing? It is a LOT higher than the competition and I usually expect better from you chaps.

Hi Wolfy

It looks like somewhere along the line something certainly didn't go according to plan.
I will look into this for you from my side and get the relevant persons to investigate this to see what went wrong.
 
Hey, I still haven't received any updates regarding my ADSL line speed upgrade request. I guess I should wait for Telkom to upgrade my line in October.

Edit - stabilized a bit, 3 and a half hours later :/
