MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

Just phoned telkom and they said the exchange and my line is fine.
2weeks ago I had a problem with my port but they moved me to a new one and I didn't have any problems up until yesterday afternoon. After 1 am this morning it went down to 80ms but I went to bed so couldn't do any more testing.
Its 4pm now and I have this

Thanks for the information.

I suggest continue to monitor as the results are very different. The first sent posted reflects it could be for congestion, that is why I suggest monitoring.

Hi

Also having this problem since Friday. I used to get 190-220 on Eu servers when playing HON . But for the last 3 days nothing less than 280 ,hitting 310 sometimes .

Same here. Always have issues (higher ping, packet loss lag) but it seems like nothing is ever done about it.

To reiterate: It is ONLY Mweb, It is ONLY League of Legends (from what I can see)

Please provide me with a trace route and I will do my my best to get to the bottom of this for you.
 
Internet is really slow since early this morning. This includes browsing and torrents. I can especially feel the slow speed with browsing.

Centurion area - Lyttleton exchange.

Getting these results from the speed test:

Download Speed: 174 kbps (21.8 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 100 kbps (12.5 KB/sec transfer rate)

Not quite up to expectations...

Since Saturday Youtube has also been impossible and when I tried to go onto internet banking this morning it threw me off because of a 5 minute activity time out (the page doesn't load within 5 minutes.....).

Have reset my router, left it off for 30 minutes etc. etc. etc.

That does not look good at all.

Browsing is even slower than it was this morning... Will try to reset my router again, but I doubt that it is going to help.
 
I've got a curious question:

I see that small business are also lists as premium uncapped, right?

This brings me to my next question:

Are those accounts restrictive in they way you use them? Surely being a business account you are not going to police it :twisted:

Good Afternoon,

We still have different products that form part of our business offerings.

Our small business products are also, shaped and unshaped.

It will depend on the type of package you sign up for.

Not only League of Legends. I ping www.bbc.co.uk when things feel laggy to Europe. Normal low lag is 160ms ping time (remember game servers add some more). At times on this last long weekend it was as high as 230ms and sat at 190ms mostly. Same additional lag as you got for LoL. Definitely some routing issues.

Does mweb business and small business allow encryption of traffic without being blacklisted?
