Paying more than R1XXX for the service you people are meant to be providing.

Did a line test with Telkom's guest account ([email protected]) to test our line on saix.net
Getting close to the 4MB we are paying for.

With the MWEB account cannot get close to 50kb during the day anymore with web browsing, downloading or streaming..
What has happened to the good service you used to provide?

Holy crap, browsing is incredibly slow. Both local and international. I had to switch to my 3G modem to post this.

Got a call from someone on MWEB, asking me if my internet is also slow. They are saying they have slow/not working international.

Glad its not just me. Insane international packet loss in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town.

Yup international has come to a virtual stand-still. I've switched to my afrihost free 1gb account for now

Same issues here however when I do a tracert to google.com it seems fine.

Although it only does the 1st 7 hops

Seems ti be only mweb servers nothing else
