MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

This F^%&^%ing sucks. I was so close to moving away from MWET, but decided to give them another chance....now this...............

I wont be paying my subscription come 01/04....

I can't remember the eassy break. You say they were affected but clearly not badly, right? I'm just thinking about which isp would be best to move to...

The MTN network is pretty damn amazing.

Will you please tell us (Mweb customers) why Mweb is not using other routing techniques like the other ISP's and what Mweb plans to do in the future to prevent this kind of situasions?

My personal opinion is that Mweb should look at another backup cable provider for times like this when Seacom goes down.

You mentioned on a earlier post that we should not compare mweb to other ISP's but how can we not? Mweb is the only ISP who lacks backup plans for its users...

Your feedback regarding this will be greatly appreciated.

Are Axxess or Afrihost affected ? I need to get one of those trial packages since my MWEB is terribly slow

Oh well, guess i will have to use my Hellkom account.

I hope MWEB picks up their game with regards to redundancy....

maybe try reading a few posts before posting bull**** questions like that where people have to keep repeating themselves
 
if you think about it 539 + 413 = 952, for mweb 4MB uncapped + line rental, and afrihost is 897 for 10MB uncapped + line rental. saving of 60 bucks = almost 5 litres of petrol
