Still cant stream anything above 480p...even that is a struggle most times.

Same here. Twitch is really bad most of the time. Trying to watch E3 stream at the moment. Was watching comfortably at 720p+ while keeping an eye on my bandwidth meter (320KB/s constantly, well within 4mbps line capabilities). Literally, as soon as the lag begins I look to the bandwidth graph and see it spiking up and down :/
 
also trying to watch E3 stream over on IGN.com and it is constantly buffering!! on 2mb uncapped premium. I don't understand why is it so bad? and i am only streaming sd...
 
Seems to be an issue with International gaming at the moment ...... 283ms with Afrihost to DDO, 356ms with Mweb to DDO :(

I've been having big issues with streaming lately, don't know if it was a policy change from MWEB regarding shaping of video streaming but it sure feels like it.

Where can I find a cancellation form? Can't seem to find it on the MWEB website and didn't receive anything in the email MWEB sent me.

Same here :( I have sent like 2 emails to ask for my account to get cancelled. Is it too much to ask for? :(
 
Internet speed is so damn slow again today. Getting less than 80kB/s on direct downloads and torrents are going at 0.2kB/s
 
Out of curiosity:
What's the general procedure for canceling my account and what does mweb see as a calendar (notice) month?
 
O great.... now some of my international sites aren't even loading anymore, like youtube.

Ye, slow loading on international and rock bottom download speeds atm ......
