MWEB Uncapped ADSL Feedback - Part 2

I've tried downloading the latest firmware for my s4 from hotfile, it's a 1.5gb file with no resume support. Well yesterday it got to 13% and bombed out, then last night I tried again and when I checked this morning it had bombed out at 99%. So before leaving for work I tried again only to get home now and see it bombed out again!

Is mweb having problems or what, because yesterday torrents were getting 80kbps max on a 2mbps premium uncapped and usually they get near line speed.

Not to mention last night pages were timing out.

Hi reactor_sa

Torrents are given the lowest priority on our network and speeds are not guaranteed.

One click hosting sites like hotfile are also shaped.

I have a strange problem.

My internet seems fine. International websites seems fine. Downloads are fine

However I can't open the any of the league of legends websites. When I open the client, it seems "server unavailable" for all regions.

So seeing that me internet works fine I initially thought the LoL service might be offline.

However, when I connect my PC to my cellphone, everything LoL works perfectly fine....

Browsing has been running at a snails pace these last few days and downloads timing out, mweb guy have you heard anything about exchange congestion in Bryanston 011 706 XXXX? Else I'm assuming its mweb that's at fault if the exchange is OK
 
Nope. Nothing.

Everything lol (incl the websites) is completely dead when connected via mweb adsl. Rest of the web seems fine.

When connected via vodacom on cellphone, everthing lol works. Incl the rest of the web...

Hi, i have sent you a PM.
 
Same problem with LoL on Mweb. On Afrihost it is fine.
You can still login and play though (on Mweb) if you bypass the launcher using "thereisnourflevel".
 
Can you please explain how I can do that? I have to play in the dogaming league tonight...
 
In the launcher (where it says server unavailable/undefined without a play button), type without any spaces "thereisnourflevel"
 
I have noted that it works fine with all other ISP's, everything else works as normal and that it only occurred after around 12-1pm
