Hi MWEB Guy, I know about the issues now. I was talking generally, as I have had problems, on and off, for months, and most the problems seem to happen locally in Durban.

We have noticed from the feedback we received from our customers, that after a reboot the connectivity is back to normal.

Our internet is unusable, local and international.. Please help! It says I have 22 hours left one a 30mb file /: I can barely access mybroadband and all international wont even load.

I have refreshed your account and ADSL port.

Please allow for 30min to pass then reboot. Where is the file pulling from?
 
Local is fine, but international is still not at full capacity:

I can barely watch youtube in 360p - always down buffers to 240p :( Been like this for weeks.. No change! + All this international downtime is horrendous.

Do you have anything running in the background when doing your browsing and streaming?

Sorry that was just a local trace here to mybroadband.co.za, it's finally stopped now after 20+ mins with minimal activity on my end.

Will report back if it happens again.

I'm currently running a 4mb ADSL line with a "Premium" 2mb uncapped account.

Over the last week or so I've called Telkom for port reset, left the modem off for extended periods, tried @mweb and @dslmweb accounts and upgraded the actual line speed from 2mb to 4mb.

You can also go through my posts in the thread to see how long I've been experiencing problems with MWEB but persisted, its really just getting rediculous now.
