Hi,

I checked the traces and it looks good.
I have also since logged a call for you with a specialist who will be calling you later this evening between 20:00 and 21:00.
 
Not sure, haven't tried the rest of the internet, but that's the only one that matters right now.

I'm on mweb and it works fine for me... might be mweb's dns for all we know since I'm not using theirs :whistle:
 


Is this normal for 1gb uncapped (R199) account? :wtf:
pings are +- 1000ms, pages time out, downloads are half dead, WOT and WOWP are 100% unplayable :twisted:

I was away for a month, came back last week and its been like that since.
Is this the new norm on MWEB?

My internet speed is down the drain the whole of the day.

Funny thing is, I'm 10mb with uncapped premium. I don't know what the problem is, but this is happens frequently.

Thanks to Keith Oaker from the retention department for finally fixing my account, had to deal with a lot of incompetence from that department. Sometimes you need to scream at the right people!

Thanks for the test results you've done.

As you can see the Telkom test account is also giving you a low speed test result. Your Telkom line is actually syncing on 6144 kbps.

It would be best to give Telkom a call to find out the root cause of the line speed issue.

I'm going to wait it out. Phoning telkom has never helped me before. Ty for the help
