Afternoon, I have not received confirmation from Kenny as yet.

Cool. Was just wondering because complaints I suppose are inevitable. How they are handled however, shows character of the business.
 
My computer is full derp atm. I tested my phone and laptop's speedtest speeds and both yielded an easy 600kb/s. Yet my pc is struggling to pull 200 kb/s over ethernet. I'm thinking it's the cable.

International dead here in Durban. Local seems to be at a crawl tool. :(

Is it only your international traffic that is being affected?

Yup my international has been alternating between slow, dead and somewhat okay. Not sure if its Telkom or the Exchange here. My router resets/disconnects at least 3 times an hour. :(

Internet slow unusable mweb says nothings wrong. Telkom says theres nothing wrong BUT THERES SOMETHING DEFINITELY WRONG.
Im getting no internet at all for 4 weeks now its on off thinking of canceling unless something can be done

No problem here. In all likelihood it sounds like your line is giving you problems. Why not try another ISP or guest account to determine if its your line or Mweb? You've had 4 weeks to figure out some basic diagnostics. You people should really learn how to check your line stats yourself, and perform some basic ping tests or speedtests using the Telkom guest account. If you're smart enough to find mybb, register, and post here, then it shouldn't take you 5 minutes of learning how to do that, which will save you from many headaches and uncertainties in future.

I have tested your account and everything looks good.

I see that your attenuation is on the high side.

give Telkom a call and get them to recreate your port and test.

Mweb Guy, this has happened before, a while ago. I basically had a 1mb account for a week because you guys wouldn't figure out what was wrong. I paid for a 4mb account and got 3 weeks use, now it's happened again. That's fraud in my book and I am NOT happy that it has happened again. Especially on a day when we have streaming and gaming and what not and we can't because I've had 300kbps stolen from my line :mad:
