@MWEB Guy or @Will@MWEB

Need clarification.

from the MWEB site

This is the 1MB uncapped account, i have reason to believe that upto 512 upload will be the norm once the upgrades commence October onwards. Is it a MWEB site error?

This info was pointed out by TWISTED on another forum - :)

Good Morning Yuu,

Our speed test site refers to up to 512 upload speeds (for up to 1mb lines), this could be an error on our website. I will provide this information to our marketing team.

@MWEB Guy, appreciate the quick response and a good morning to you aswell. Have a good busy day :D.

Yay, on 2Mbps now :)
The profile was set to 1Mbps still. The lady was very knowledgeable.
Will get back to you about the 2Mbps, Mweb Guy.

Probably another website error. Same was with the 2Mb lines saying 256kbps.

Friend of mine on Mweb had a 10Mb line and gets 1Mbps uploads on Mweb.

In order to cancel our MWEB account, I have to give 30 days notice, correct? I wish to move my line and data to afrihost as for just R10 more I can be on 2meg data + line, instead of R488 for 2meg line+ 1 meg data. I don't abuse the line so I don't need to pay a R160 premium for a "better" service. I just don't understand why ISP's need 30 days to flick some switches...

I still don't understand how you can become a customer in less than an hour but if you want to cancel the service it takes 30 days?

Afternoon MWEB Guy

May u please reset our port? I just want to see if it improves our performance
