Same thing here. Speedtest clocks 0.14 Mbps on 1 Meg connection and its been getting worse for the past week, actually since Telkom upgraded to 2 Meg line.

Yup, international is dead. Cant even run speedtest for international.

Basically everything international i've tried in the last 20 minutes. Filehippo, networkworld, zdnet, guildwars2.com (everything but the home page takes ages).
Local seems fine.

Same here, Centurion international is extremely slow!!!
