Good day fbman, what speeds are you obtaining on your international downloads and what type of downloads are they?

Good Evening Bar_Rat, I am not sure why you would not be allowed on the server.

@mweb Guy

I am downloading from astraweb.. I am currently getting 232kb at the moment.. I will monitor the speeds as since october that speed will slow down as the evening wears on.. so its not a shaping issue.

I dont have another account. Was going to try a proxy server because it said that could help. Yet i have no idea how to use a proxy server :(

Good Evening, your tracers show signs of possible congestion at your exchange. There is a huge jump in latency on the 2nd hop.

YOur line readings seem fine at the moment, do you have this problem throughout the day or at specific times during the day?

I am at work all day, so I don't know how the line is then. I've had this problem for the last 3 nights, though tonight is particularly bad.
