I don't seem to have packet loss at that node (ae-2-52.edge5.London1.Level3.net) when I'm connected via my UK VPN. Will do so now.

MwebGuy, please have a look. I cannot access 4shared.com while it is possible via web proxy. I again asked another Mweb user and he confirms the same...

Should I provide a ping and traceroute?

Been having the same issue for the last couple days. Gone back to having to refresh the page 90% of the time so that the video will play. This has happened before with Mweb, a while ago.

Pr⊕phet, I would suggest if you getting this packet loss that you have Telkom check on there side to see if there isn't anything on their side that could be causing this.

Can't we perform a port reset or something ? or was that the Re-Auth thing ?

Port re-create will be done on Telkom's side. I can't do it on my end.
