Hey guys I recently (3 days ago) purchased the Mweb Uncapped hosting service online. During the process I selected the option to purchase 3 domains. After a number of tries for domains that I wanted I eventually chose 3 that were available. I proceeded to set up email accounts using one of the domains. After setting up these email accounts I realised that this specific domain was actually 'taken' and that I was sending messages to a random stranger! Yes I know I could have used whois.co.za before I selected these domains but this is not my core skill so I merely used the Mweb service to select and purchase. The inconvenience now is that I have set up these new email accounts and I am using them but the main mail account is being used by me and some other stranger. I have contacted Mweb to ask them what's going down and they asked me to wait while they investigate... Does anyone have some insight on this sort of a problem? :wtf:
