MWEB uncapped ISP only - R800 bill?

Hey guys, got a R800 debit from them, do they charge month in advance? Only signed up for the ISP package late last month...

Was charged R368 for this month. If you noticed, they didn't charge you anything when you signed up. So I assume the extra bucks was for the prorata of the month till end of April

I just checked my bank account. I signed up on 29 March but was an existing customer using only their email service which cost me R35.00 pm. The debit order that came off was only R42.74. I signed up on the 4mb excluding line rental.

You get a breakdown of the DR and CR and the month in myadsl.mweb.co.za - its easy to reconcile the payment to the invoice - its also consolidated should you have multiple accounts

I signed up on the 1st April and according to myadsl.mweb.co.za they billed me for 2 months - 01/04/2010 to 31/05/2010 - R598.00 (512k uncapped)
