He's also talking about the upgrades to international bandiwdth which are supposed to be done by the end of this week. I also think the Cape Town IPC is done, but that doesn't seem to help much probably more future-proofing.

Thanks - yeah I see we must now wait for the upgrade which will be completed by this weekend, and hopefully things will then be back to normal.
