MWEB Uncapped

I am currently on MWEB 2MB uncapped premium but want to go up to 4mb Uncapped (not premium)

I have a few questions and I am getting conflicting answers...
1. How does the throttling work?
2. At what stage does this kick in?
3. To what speeds are you throttled and how long?

I am not a heavy downloader, but stream a lot of video.

Keep in mind that if you're a heavy downloader then you could expect the boot from them... See here:
