Mweb waisting my time

Its been 4weeks if not more and still no fix for this latency we got in world of warcraft and other overseas games we play, i get a latency of 13k+ when login and terrible lagspikes.

Mweb how long do we need to waiste our money on your so called best uncapp ISP service that dont work? Will we get something in refund?

I have missed out on so many raids its not even true.

Hey man go read the thread in wow section, for you line and noise margain etc, that effects wow and how far you are from the local exhange.

i ordered mweb aswell and is very close to exchange so will report back.

yeah il just buy other bandwitdh if needed, i needed to buy line though mweb as my aunt dont want to get adsl on telkom line even though i will pay for it >.<

yeah they do sux, byt they have fast sign up and i needed to get line though an isp, so the debit order come from my account.

telkom can debt order, or you can do an eft to them ?? i do that.

I use uncapped mweb for wow occasionally but i use a ping reduction service on the 384 line and i average in the low 300ms. Ping reduction service is around R30p/m and if you but your wow time from the right place it's about R90 p/m so if you total that it's worth it. Also, uncapped shouldn't be used for gaming, gaming protocol aren't exactly priority traffic.

And yes and yes, I have tried and use other ISP providers and i have no problems with there accounts at all its just Mweb.

Are you using the Internet Addict package? The one made for gamers? So your WTFast isn't working out then?

it will show my aunts account ,as she is the owner of the line, she will freak on me rofl. Though even the dsl part comes of my account it will show and thats a no go

o use reduce your lagg, its free and 300ms with 3g in 25 mans

mweb cant even resolve there own latency on their network, they try to blame blizzard, yet other isp's dont seem to be having similar issues(unless its related to the current overly congested exchanges). i.e. im on axxess express+ and have no problems.

No, i am using the normal package, and it did work for quite some while without any latency problems. It only started 4 weeks ago everynight after 6PM

WTFast works 100% i even use that to bring my latency i get with Mweb down abit from 13k to 7k, But i normally just use Telkom or Webafrica then i have 200ms np.
