I have a friend who has a trial with MWeb and so far is happy.
Initially there were a few issues, but at the moment he is getting a steady 384Kb speed up and down using torrents.
He said that if there are any interruptions in the service he gets a sms from MWeb when the service goes down and another when the service is back up.

I think it's a good idea to receive an SMS when the service is down or up, that way you won't lose your temper...
