Our fibre link went off 5 days ago, going for 6 days and counting.
What gets me is, I have not received any feedback on repairs or indication on the cause, I have to phone all the time and the representative says its someting on Evotels side.How can Mweb not get this right? I was reading on past threads going back to 6/7 years and its still happening, service to their customers lacks big..big time, 7 years and you still playing the awful annoying offtune keys for everyone to hear, Lol, com on man catch a wake up.
Anyway, lets see invoice date and time who plays the better tune.
