So the bright and clever chaps at MWEB decide to move my mailbox to a new server. I get home log onto my mail, and it starts downloading, and downloading and downloading. 3800 odd mail messages at 298MB. I stop the download, phone MWEB support. Clown on help desk informs me of the above.

Of course I retort that this is not acceptable as I dont want to re-download e-mails from August last year. He politely informs me that I can logo onto MWEB mail centre and manually delete the emails I dont want to re-download. Only 198 pages, a page at a time can be flagged and deleted.

What BS is this. So MWEB, please credit my account with the 298MB used because of your F-UP.

Thanks

Good morning.

You can also create a sub folder on the message centre and move the older mail to it to avoid it from being downloaded.

Or you could not have caused additional work for your customer, because you people are incapable of running a business?

Yes, page by page for 198 pages. Seriously????? It;s your F-Up and I must spend hours of my time doing this???? No F-Way.... I let them download to rather avoid that pain. Fact of the matter is your mistake cost me 298MB.

Wow, what a massive fail on your part. The arrogance is unnerving.

Grow some balls, delete your SO's account and tell her to get something better.

Have to be honest. MWEB's participation in this thread is positively inspiring............................... NOT.
