Hi guys

mweb is really pissing me off. I wanted to get away from telkom an switched to mweb. Telkom closed my 4meg line as soon as i went to mweb.I asked mweb to migrate my line to theirs still no go. Telkom billed me for another 3gig data line which was canceled and got the proof for it. So i am in the middle telkom on one side and mweb on thee other. I am not a millionaire and considering getting of the web. This is to expensive and i tried all the resources . this is south africa and telkom and all its buddies rules . Very very unhappy ran out off options. Please help

Imo keep your line at telkom, the hassle of switching it over etc is not worth it.

i assume they charged you for the data & the line rental.
My suggestion, make sure data on telkom is canceled but keep the line with them. Tis offers you to switch from one ISP with minimal hassle in future.
