Mwen Uncapped International Down?

So from what i gather from the posters on the 'subscriber feedback' thread is that international dropped at around 12:30am. Same thing happened to me but as i just recently moved from a telkom 9gb pm to the mweb uncapped it took me longer to figure out it was there fault and not some random error on my end.

My main question is...does this happen often? i've only personally had about 2 weeks experience with this isp and now im worried i'm gonna get screwed harder than when i was with telkom. in the last 2 months i was with them they would almost constantly drop international at night on weekends.

At any rate i just hope this gets sorted...i miss my 'uncapped'

Good Morning Azex, there was a seacom outage and we have back up with SAT3. Everything should be back to normal, please let me know if you are still encountering a problem with latency.

since about 10am this morning i'm having intermitten connectivity problems..
line is going down every 10-15 mins and then coming back up. i've contacted telkom and mweb and they have reset ports etc.
still experiencing a problem. also when the line came up i tried accessing the mweb website and that seemed to be down as well.

is there any problems at MWEB currently that could be the cause of my issue?

Still struggling to update Ubuntu from za.archives.ubuntu.com (155.232.191.229) on Mweb. I know 155.232.191.229 is up and can be accessed from international server and on IS data.

Rest of international seems fine.
