I recently purchased the tv box but I am struggling to get SuperSport App to Live Stream videos. I can play highlights videos fine. I also tried via Google Chrome but also no luck.

The error message is:
“An unexpected error occurred, please try again later”
“Undefined”

Any suggestions on getting this to work?

Using the DSTV Now App I also get the following error:
Video Playback Error - 4101
DRM failed to initialize

Have you tried reinstalling or updating the app? The SO regularly uses it on an Android tablet and no issues whatsoever.

Is the tv box rooted?

I just tried reinstalling / updating the app - no luck still the same error message.

Yes, the TV box is rooted (it was shipped this way)

The Now and SS app won't run on that box.

The SS app doesn't work on my MyGica but I can stream through the site now in the last couple of days, I don't know enough about other boxes to know if yours will work though.

The Streaming via the SuperSport site did also not work. I have now managed to fix this by editing the build.prop file and setting the Widevine falue to True.

The DSTV Now & SS app is still not working correctly unfortunately but at least I can now watch the Sport which is why I bought the TV Box, just would have been nice to have the DSTV App working as well - then I can justify the purchase to the misses and get me some beers!

If you need to justify it to the SO, get Kodi setup and running. With the right add-ons its proper good
