My 4MB DSL keeps dropping

Recently I have been using a Vox 4mb account and it was running perfectly for a few weeks with no drops,full speed and good latency. However recently for the past few days the line drops connection every few minutes and struggles to connect sometimes. I have attached below pics of the router status from when it was working fine and another from today. Swapped to different routers but it still does the same thing. Any idea's as to what to do from here?

Report a line fault?

I did, technician said the line is working optimally and vox closed the case as resolved. That's why I am not sure what to do next.

Tried replacing the filter?

Failing that reopen the ticket and tell them its not working.

Looks like somebody on the back end boosted your speed to 10meg. This will give you bad results because your signal to noise ratio is lower and your line can't handle the speed, resulting in failures.
