"My account" password trouble

When you try and register a new number on my account it says enter your number and we'll SMS/Email you your password. The problem is that email is never an option and it just sends an SMS.

This week I took out a contract for 2GB per month for my iPad mini. Therefore my contract sim is a nano sim. I want to be able to monitor data usage on the Cell C website but can't get a password.

Cell C why does the site say by SMS/Email if that is not the case?

Cell C rep please assist me in getting my password.
