My ADSL drops

Hello

I was just wondering if there is a solution to this...
The DSL light flashes and then internet drops....
I have had this problem for 3 months now and telkom have done nothing about...
Had a tech in to test the phone cable and said that everything is fine...

Is there any way i can check if its not maybe on my side to be 100% sure ?
