My back hurts

Pot kettle?

I BROKE my back last year in a car accident so have been walking around with back pain for 367 days. Being in constant pain has also turned me into a petty person calling other people pots and kettles.

Can't be that bad if you're still walking :wtf:

Do you sit the whole day? Get up and take a walk every few hours you lazy git.
Can you bend forward and touch your toes?
If no - can you see your toes?
If no - go to a physio and get checked out you fat bastard. And start exercising, even a little bit will help.
If yes - still go to the physio, you probably pulled a muscle, pinched a nerve, or suffered a slipped disk.

Seriously - I pulled a muscle a few weeks ago and needed 5 sessions to sort it out (involving dry needling), and got a serious lecture from the physio about not exercising enough.

I have never ever been able to touch my toes if my legs are straight... is that a problem?

Was actually waiting for someone to pick up on that...

Seriously sore though. Permanently - every day every second. I have two 12" steel pins on either side of my spine with 8 bolts bolted into my spine keeping my back in tact. They had to rebuild a vertebrae with a bone harvested from my hip. Sometimes my hip is worse than my back... It looks something like this - mine is just much neater. Love my surgeon.

I woke up this morning and cracked a fart potent enough to peel paint from a wall.

Mine was due to a seriously rare steak (usually have it medium rare, but the cook was obviously more interested in his nails). Yours is probably due to sleeping with the burden of being unfunny on the internet. It's ok bro, we all know that feels.*

To be fair, most threads on here go more than one page. It's not trolling per say, people in this thread are just pointing and laughing at Humberto, talking about back issues, the cost of living in S.A., being fat etc. Just your typical chat.
