My Broadband app not working?

I can access MBB fine via the website, from my PC or from my phone. However, I cannot access the forum via the MBB app or from the Tapatalk app on my Android phone. I have tried restarting the phone, but no joy. The Tapatalk app gives no response. It just hangs until I press "Back"

The MBB app gives an error message:
Access Denied
Oops, the site you are trying to reach is temporarily down. Pls try again later, if problem persists, contact us!

I did try later, to no avail. Now I am attempting to "contact us" :)

Anyone else with a similar issue? If so, can a moderator maybe escalate this (@rpm maybe)
 
Can't access MyBB via Tapatalk over my fibre with CISP but, works fine using mobile data over Vodacom..

I tried via my Telkom fibre and Telkom LTE connections. Both work via a webpage, but not from the app. Strange...
 
Same. Can't access MyBB via Tapatalk on Android.

I can access other forums via Tapatalk on my Huawei phone tho. Only MyBB seems to be an issue.

The app is working again. It probably just needed a good night's sleep...
 
Tapatalk buggy for anyone else this morning? Stuff taking so long to load... Meh... Might be this custom font I'm using on my OP though... Android...
 
Is anyone else finding that it's no longer possible to delete your posts on the MyBB forums via the Tapatalk app?
 
Problems for me on tapatalk. Have to constantly logout and login to get the app to work.
Happend yesterday for me after some update on mybroadband.
Other sites work ok.
 
Although it's frustrating to use sometimes on my low RAM phone.
I still prefer using mybroadband on Chrome on my phone and PC.
Swiftkey keyboard on Android messes around sometimes. Probably due to the touch screen, or me :p

Used the App, didn't like it.
Used it on Tapatalk, didn't like it either.
