My connection sux agen

All well? (v1.1)

Telkom looks good:

* Download time: 5.367 seconds
* Size of file: 500 KiloBytes
* Estimated line speed: 760.2 (kilobits/second)
* Estimated line speed: 93.2 (kiloBytes/second)

Pings are OK too:

----195.92.95.5 PING Statistics----
66 packets transmitted, 66 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 280/319/450

----196.4.160.2 PING Statistics----
66 packets transmitted, 66 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 60/76/140

----196.30.31.120 PING Statistics----
66 packets transmitted, 66 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 30/76/150

But the Stanford and Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility tests coninuously report server busy. I doubt it. The shaping is probably messing things up somewhere.

Are we getting there?

now remember, if anyone has connection problems - thanks to IBurst clearly blaming 'a small minority of abusers' on April 20, and disconnecting them - this reason is no longer valid to explain lousy speeds or connection problems :)

Last night I could not stay connected to IRC for more than a minute at a time. This went on all night, but tonight it was perfect. I never have problems with my speed, although in the wee hours of the morning it does get quite a bit faster. All in all I reckon you will experience problems with anything new. I'm keeping in mind that they only recently 'launched' their services, and I'm holding thumbs that with time will come stability. *holds thumbs!* :)

but still, I think because of the amount they have invested it will go a long way, this I truly believe. I agree that their customer service, if you can actually even call it that, is shocking!
