My Data Usage screen is borked

Afrisomeone, please can you help me. For some reason my PMs aren't going through.

For the past two days it shows 0mb usage. Now, while I know that some might not see this as a problem, I am sure the data will be clawed back once the issue is resolved. Can we resolve this sooner than later?

I have had some problems with the support channels, so if I provide you with an account number can you help me?

EDIT: PMs are working now, think it was a connectivity issue. Will PM you instead...

Thanks, I got your PM. It would depend on what product you're on - there is a known issue with Fixed Wireless due to their recent rollover business rule changes.

Will give you feedback on your PM.
