Ok , I changed the font on the front page , what you think ? I am struggling to change the line spacing though. I would have preferred it to me .25 bigger or does it look okay ?

In terms of web supported fonts there are tools to help you integrate nonstandard fonts into a CSS file correctly. Google's web font project provides a simple hook in and it's all free for instance. Check out Lato for a really attractive web font. However if you really need to cater for all browser possibilities, rather go with Verdana I think.
remove your testing stuff "admin on Hello world!"

Avoid using CAPS on Title
The website looks good, gets the point across very well and isn't too cluttered. If this guy's market is other businesses, it would work well.
I would add a bit more to the right hand bar, maybe a slimmed down freedback / contact form? And perhaps an RSS reader to something specific to his industry. It's rather empty and doesn't look good. The "Latet Posts" widget could also be added to the right side bar. People expect to see it there rather than at the bottom of the homepage.
The "Services" tab should be the 2nd or 3rd tab, since this is probably why he's "selling".
Have a contact form, especially since the email address isn't clickable. And if he *absolutely* insists on using his email address, then at least setup an email address on his own domain and forward it to the mweb one. But, he should be using an email address on his own domain. it's more professional and many larger companies add value to something like this.
the picture in the header makes me think I will soon see this guy on Carte Blance....
