computer and ipad and more, seems like friend cant stream music.

Tried using a vpn and it seems fine then, maybe packet loss somewhere??

Telkom with axxess 10mbps.

You're not directly connected to that ADSL modem. Are you using a wisp?


Could be packet loss - difficult to tell with just that trace. Trace to the same site that you're having issues with... at the same time that you're experiencing the issues.
 
What speed is your modem syncing at?
Line attenuation?
Signal to noise rate?
If your line attenuation is above 50db have Telkom drop the line sync speed. Same goes for your Signal to Noise rate, if it is below 9db.
Also replace your ADSL filter box(es) and see if that helps.

I connect to my office through our private wireless network.

Doing same thing in office so wireless is not problem(pic from office computer)

Line is perfect, speeds great, just random packet loss. I hear it might be a MTN problem?

That's not packet loss. That is some middleware box corrupting your data.

Same here at my place Koeks, strange it happened straight after the day long power outage on Sunday in Grahamstown...?

Funnily enough on the Saturday I kept on getting strange Captcha's from Google...
