I'm opening this up again because the terms have changed - found out what company offers.

Car: (As stipulated within contract)

Must be a minimum of a 2007 model
Must cost at least 80k (Not more than 90k)
Must be from a bank certified dealer.
Is financed at prime - 1

So what should I get? I like this option because they allow me to reaccess my funds so I will use my car to pay off pesky cards.

Still looking for some luxury but all I see on gumtree are getz's and i10's bleh.

I hereby swear that I will not start another "what car thread" for a minimum of 12 months - If I do Mods are welcome to ban me ^_^

For that money you can get a good Corsa Mk4 in either Enjoy or Essentia spec.

Too old bleh

Decided to drive a train spike through my head to try get rid of my car obsession, even I've started to hate my threads.

Actually not that far fetched, but what would you know, you like VWs.
When I bought my car new they had used models that were ex-rental. When the car is sold to the rental companies they exclude the maintenance plan and then when they sell it 2nd hand they include it again. So it is not uncommon to find a used car with a good maintenance plan. OK, perhaps not an 07 model, but still...

Maybe time to forget boring-nazi-wagens and try the better, more affordable German offerings.

Finance at prime -1 is probably not very realistic and has very little to do with the car you choose...

haha not only that i like vws but for that price range and year model you very limited

maintenance plans maybe are a bolt on

but a standard one with say maybe 100k kms ....at a 5 year average that 100k will be soon or over in most cases

But seriously though, the Geely LC is a really good deal, one of the better Chinese cars out there.

remember the seat

if something doesnt sell they will pull it out of the market

stick with vws, opels hyundais ...doubt you get anything other than an atos from them tho

Thats what they said. Seat got pulled because it was a competitor the VW polo/ golf range and because Seat is owned by VW, it didn't make sence.

Would actually be cool if they could bring Skoda in and sell it at a lower price than the equivalent VW options. But that would never happen since it would be imports and that is very expensive.
