wtf did telkom actually do something right?

I was actually planning on replacing them once I had discussed it with my family.

But now my 384 line is getting 220 ms latency in WoW when I used to get 300-350.

What sorcery is this? It is asif they knew I was going to replace them, I even spoke to a representative about 25g 1mb capped.

well the only other change I can think of is LAN cable, my dogs ate my LAN cable and I'm using a yellow one that came with my modem, other than that I can't think of anything.
